Mona Moore Venice offers free shipping and handling in North America on the current season's merchandise. We ship within the United States via UPS a 3-5 business days delivery, and within Canada via USPS Express Post a 3-5 business day delivery.

Mona Moore Venice offers same-day delivery within Los Angeles and Orange County via local courier for a $20 USD fee if ordered by 2pm PST. We also offer next business day delivery within the US via UPS for a $40 USD fee.

Mona Moore Venice ships Express Post via USPS for overseas orders where available- delivery time is 4-9 business days, and subject to a flat rate fee of $100 USD for shipping and handling. Where Express Post is unavailable, the next best shipping method is used with applicable charges.

Sale merchandise subject to a fee of $25 USD for shipping and handling within North America. We ship using UPS Standard delivery within the United States, and USPS Express Post within Canada. For overnight shipping within the US an additional $20 USD is applied.

Taxes
Taxes are added where applicable by law.
Shipments within CA: CA tax.
Shipments to other States: No taxes applied.
Shipments to International: No US taxes.

Return & exchange
We offer an exchange, credit note or refund for returns within 2 weeks of purchase. You must first call or email the store to obtain a return authorization. The merchandise must be in its original condition and returned with the receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
When Mona Moore receives the returned merchandise, the credit can be applied towards a new purchase, a credit note, or directly to the customer’s credit card.
Credit notes valid for six months.
All sales of ‘sale items’ are final with no returns.
