If you prefer, call during store hours and we can process your order and payment over the phone.
Either way, your personal & credit card information will remain as private and secure as it is for in-store customers.

Mona Moore is dedicated to fast service and will process your order within one business day.

Mona Moore Montreal offers free shipping and handling in North America on the current seasons’ merchandise. We ship using Canada Post Xpress Post, a 1-2 business day delivery within Canada, and a 3-5 business day delivery within the United States.

Mona Moore Montreal ships Xpress Post via Canada Post for overseas orders where available- delivery time is 4-9 business days, and subject to a flat rate fee of $100 CAD for shipping and handling. Where Xpress Post is unavailable, the next best shipping method is used with applicable charges.

Sale merchandise subject to a fee of $25 CAD for shipping and handling within North America. We ship using Canada Post Xpress Post, a 1-2 business day delivery within Canada, and a 3-5 business day delivery within the United States.

Mona Moore is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties, or Customs fees or delays.

Taxes are added where applicable by law.
Shipments within Quebec: GST & PST
Shipments to Canada: GST only.
Shipments to International: No Canadian Taxes.

Return & exchange
We offer an exchange, credit note, or refund for returns within 2 weeks of purchase. You must first call or email the store to obtain a return authorization. The merchandise must be in its original condition and returned with the receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
When Mona Moore receives the returned merchandise, the credit can be applied towards a new purchase, a credit note, or directly to the customer’s credit card.
Credit notes valid for six months.
All sales of ‘sale items’ are final with no returns.
